This training program covers a comprehensive range of topics essential for developing high-level defensive shooting skills. It begins by debunking common firearms training myths and establishing a foundation in motor learning to support effective skill acquisition. Following an initial assessment course of fire to evaluate baseline proficiency, students will learn to perform target diagnostics to assess shot groupings, diagnose marksmanship errors, and apply corrective techniques to improve accuracy, consistency, and overall performance using the proprietary C.E.C.A.R Matrix™.
Emphasis is placed on understanding the relationship between shot placement patterns and shooter behavior under various conditions. This course also emphasizes effective stress-based combat presentation from the holster using a fusion of visual and kinesiological factors, the full array of ready positions, safety circle (Sul,) and mastery of trigger control.

Picking up where Level 1 Pistol leaves off, and building upon the skills developed in the Level 1 program, this intensive training session focuses on both basic and advanced ammunition management and malfunction remediation techniques essential for high-pressure, real-world performance.
Students will master ergonomic magazine staging, administrative loading, press checks, emergency and tactical reloading procedures, and critical one-handed reloads—all designed for safe, efficient operation under stress. The curriculum also emphasizes understanding and diagnosing stoppages versus ammunition-related malfunctions, teaching effective methods for maintaining operational readiness by clearing the dreaded 'jam.' (Unless it's strawberry jam. Then it cannot be dreaded. Because strawberry jam is the yummiest of all.)
With a strong emphasis on stress-tested performance and immediate-action procedures, participants will leave equipped with the skills to reload and troubleshoot confidently in any tactical environment.

This interactive training program satisfies the legal requirements to apply for a Massachusetts Class A License to Carry (LTC) or Firearms Identification (FID) Card, in accordance with MGL Chapter 140, Section 131P and 515 CMR 3.00, and follows the approved curriculum outlined by the Massachusetts State Police (LTC-007).
Over the course of 3-1/2 hours, this program will cover essential topics including the state firearms licensing process, use of force laws, legal considerations for carrying a firearm, concealed carry, transportation and storage in vehicles, home storage requirements, and safe firearm handling. The course includes demonstrations of handgun components, ammunition, and proper storage methods, along with an in-depth discussion of the legally permissible use of a firearm. Upon completion, students will receive a certificate and the necessary application forms for the LTC or FID.

This one-day, 8-hour training course is designed for both new shooters and experienced operators seeking to build or refine their skills with the tactical/combat shotgun. The program is rooted in human-performance research and evidence-based training methodologies, incorporating cutting-edge andragogical best practices to optimize both the acquisition, retention, and transference of critical motor skills.
Through hands-on, performance-driven instruction, students will develop the technical and tactical proficiency necessary to effectively operate the modern tactical/combat shotgun. Training begins with a safety and handling refresher before progressing into formal instruction on shotgun nomenclature, marksmanship, and operational handling techniques.
This structured curriculum emphasizes motor skill reinforcement techniques, ensuring students develop efficient, consistent, and instinctive weapon-handling skills.
