firearms instructors who are ready to lead the field...
and dominate the industry.
Built for existing firearms and high-liability instructors, this immersive Master Trainer Development Program and comprehenmsive trainer community is grounded in up-to-the-minute science and field-tested methodologies. NeuralTac™ integrates a comprehensive array of scientific disciplines to ensure unparalleled quality and effectiveness in both the design and delivery of firearms and high-liability training. This elite program is rooted in:
researched-backed neuroscience to develop a deeper understanding of how students develop, learn and retain critical motor skills and transferrable motor learning,
neuroendocrinology and behavioral neuroscience to understand how stress hormones and physiological arousal impact decision-making, performance, and learning under pressure,
combat psychology to address stress responses that directly impact life-or-death decision-making,
kinesiology to make defensive motor skill development faster and cleaner, while also enhancing transference,
cognitive and educational psychology to differentiate between comfort-driven traps and common pitfalls that make up ineffective training, and the research-driven principles and methods that make training actually stick.
NeuralTac™ instructors gain tremendously deep insight and understanding of human performance science, permitting them to:
bolster their student’s motor skill development,
dramatically enhance their ability to design and deliver training modules and full curricula that foster safe and effective shooting and defensive use-of-force techniques, and
refine instructional practices, and manage human factors to design sound, operationally and contextually-relevant training environments.
NeuralTac™ emphasizes exercise physiology to prepare instructors to deliver high-fidelity simulation or 'scenario-based training,' cognitive science to teach how the brain organizes and stores motor skills, how the brain prioritizes certain senses to enhance situational awareness and improve reaction time, and performance psychology to help students excel under stress. Supported by instructional design principles and educational psychology, it employs evidence-based methods like scenario-based learning, deliberate difficulties, and strategic feedback techniques to maximize skill acquisition, retention, and transference.
By incorporating risk management and safety science, the program ensures reliability and adaptability in high-stakes environments. These interdisciplinary components make this program the most advanced and innovative of its kind, equipping instructors to set new benchmarks in firearms training excellence.

Your Elite Trainer Growth Quiz
☐ 1. “A trainer can always instruct, but an instructor is often times a poor trainer.” I fully and clearly understand the substance and magnitude of that statement. I want to be an elite trainer, and not merely an instructor.
☐ 2. I am a natural contrarian. Not because I am oppositional person, but because I am always looking for a better, more efficient way of doing things. I like challenging the status quo.
☐ 3. I believe that the firearms instruction/training industry is largely comprised of regurgitated rhetoric and antiquated training techniques and methodologies. I know there is a better path, I just haven’t found it yet.
☐ 4. I fully agree with the following statement: "An instructor who received their foundational training in, and who now instructs others in firearms programs and disciplines involving target, sport, recreational, hunting, or even competitive shooting is ill-qualified to teach professional curricula in defensive or duty-related use-of-force with firearms."
☐ 5. For me, firearms instruction isn’t just a side hustle. I am passionate about my craft, and understand that teaching is both an art and a science, and that poor training can get my student or others killed.
☐ 6. I believe that simply demonstrating new drills, reviewing alternative techniques for existing skills, explaining how to structure a PowerPoint presentation, or teaching how to run classes as a side business does not constitute an effective 'method of instruction' program.
☐ 7. I already have a solid training business, and I’m looking for a way to expand my reach and attract a broader, higher-level client base.
☐ 8. I want to scale beyond small groups or one-on-one instruction by turning my core training into programs that generate recurring revenue or support helping to develop other instructors under my brand.
☐ 9. I’m ready to increase my visibility and credibility within the firearms, tactical, and high-liability training community, and I know that positioning myself as an elite expert is the key to opening new doors.
☐ 10. I’ve started to gain recognition in my field, but I know I’m capable of much more. Now I want the tools, strategies, resources, and insider knowledge to accelerate my professional influence and client base.
☐ 11. I’m not interested in wasting time. I want streamlined, actionable systems to fast-track results and start seeing meaningful gains in my students’ development, my reputation as a trainer, and my reach.
☐ 12. I know my training is built on solid fundamentals, but I want to be better than I am now, and I know I can be. I need a strategy to stand out in a crowded market and become the go-to authority.
☐ 13. I want to develop a reputation that encourages opportunities to seek me out, including contracting, speaking, and training collaborations, without constantly hustling or competing for visibility.
☐ 14. I’ve hit a plateau with my current training model, and I’m looking for proven ways to systematize, scale, and increase my efficacy as a trainer without burning out.
☐ 15. I see other instructors gaining traction online, and I want to build a digital presence that attracts serious students and decision-makers.
☐ 16. I’ve considered launching certification programs or instructor development pipelines under my brand, but I’m not sure how to structure or market them effectively.
☐ 17. I’m looking for guidance from professionals who understand both the tactical/defensive training world and the business side of growing a profitable, respected brand.
☐ 18. I’m done guessing. I want a roadmap that helps me build influence, cement my standing as an elite-level professional trainer, and increase income in the process.

The S Curve of Adoption
The image above depicts what's known as the 'S Curve of Adoption.' In every industry, game-changing innovation follows a highly predictable path. That's where the S-Curve of Adoption comes into play. This model graphically explains how new ideas are adopted, from the first brave few who innovate, to the inevitable widespread standard of the masses following the trends of the herd.
Right now, performance science-driven firearms training that is rooted in neuroscience, motor learning, and human performance research, is in Phase 1 or Early Adoption. That means most instructors are still embracing and relying upon outdated methods... but those who embrace and adopt the training methods and modalities that NeuralTac™ is built upon are positioned to lead well into the future... and dominate the industry.
The Three Phases of the S-Curve of Adoption.
Phase 1 - Early Adoption: “The Visionaries”
A small group of trainers see what others don’t. These individuals:
Recognize the limits of traditional, common, or widespread training methods,
Embrace and apply research in neuroscience, kinesiology, and psychology, to name just a few domains and disciplines, and
Take calculated risks by doing things differently, because they realize that outcomes and results matter far more than technique.
Phase 2 - Rapid Growth: “The Tipping Point”
More and more instructors will begin to recognize the value of research- and science-based methods, either driven by a personal commitment to excellence or by the realization that their current instruction is producing substandard results. The good news (or bad, depending on how you choose to look at it) is that we aren't quite at this point yet. Not by a long stretch.
This phase will be marked by:
A growing demand for improved outcomes in firearms and other high-liability training programs, specifically in areas like retention, transference, broader applicability , and enhanced court defensibility.
Wider adoption of concepts like interleaving, stress inoculation, the Constraints-Led Approach, and desirable difficulties, driven by growing recognition of their validity and efficacy through ongoing clinical and academic research.
Growth accelerating due to increased peer influence, industry advancements, rising minimum performance standards, and the impact of high-profile success stories.
Phase 3 - Maturity: “The New Standard”
Eventually, the methodologies and modalities WILL become the industry standard. Everyone will eventually come to adopt the model, or literally be left behind. As a result:
Agencies, academies, and private facilities will demand measurable outcomes that have become standardized and accepted in both academic settings as well as in legal precedents and case law.
Certifications and credibility will increasingly depend on an instructor’s fluency in, and knowledge and application of, modern, science-informed methodologies and modalities.
Those who adopted early are now recognized leaders in the field, while those who waited always struggle to catch up.
What This Means For You
Currently, we are at the bottom of the curve. That's early adopter territory. Less than ten percent (10%) of professional (law enforcement, military, and contract security) instructors are even casually familiar with these concepts. In the civilian training world, the number is closer to three percent (3%.)
That means the overwhelming majority of the industry hasn’t caught up yet. Many don't even recognize the opportunity. Most don't know what they don't know, and many more remain fearful of change and reluctant to venture outside of their own comforts zones.
That means that this is your opportunity to be a leader in this field!
With NeuralTac™, you WILL
Stand out as a leader while others are still playing catch-up
Attract high-quality clients and contracts by offering training that’s proven to work
Shape the industry and set the standards that others will one day soon follow
Build long-term authority, credibility, and influence that will help you solidify your reputation and your career
NeuralTac™ Puts You AHEAD of the Curve
The NeuralTac™ Master Trainer Development & Certification Program is built for those who want to lead, not follow. Become an innovator while the rest of the herd clings to outdated, antiquated standards.
This program isn’t about getting your students to increase performance on static range drills that measure performance success in terms of time and round counts. It’s about reshaping the way you teach, think, and lead in firearms and high-liability instruction.
Innovation rewards the early mover. When the curve bends upward, those who led from the start will be the voices everyone listens to.
